Please email abuse@mcom.gi with the following:
- Relevant source IP, destination IP/hostname, and timestamps (UTC).
- Logs (text only) and packet captures (optional) demonstrating the activity.
- Abuse type (e.g., spam, scanning, DDoS, copyright).
- Your contact details and organization.
We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 72 hours depending on complexity.
Network Mitigation
- We may rate‑limit, filter, or temporarily block traffic consistent with applicable law and our AUP.
- Blackhole communities and RTBH are available to peers — details in the peering policy.
Law Enforcement & Data Requests
MCOM responds to valid, lawful requests. We require proper legal authority and scope limited to the minimum necessary.

- Jurisdiction: Requests must comply with Gibraltar law and, where applicable, international cooperation frameworks.
- Preservation: Requests should specify data and period; we honor preservation orders when legally required.
- Customer notice: Provided where lawful and not operationally harmful.
- Retention: We retain minimal network metadata necessary for operations and legal compliance.
